About Us

MomFit is a fitness program designed to meet the needs of moms with small children. Moms have the unique opportunity to get in a great workout while keeping their child(ren) by their side.

MomFit is a 60 minute stroller-based fitness class that combines strength exercises with cardiovascular drills to help moms get fit and stay fit. Classes utilize yoga, Pilates and abdominal exercises for core strength, as well as CrossFit techniques for ultimate fitness.

Classes are designed to meet the needs of every fitness level and are appropriate for moms of children aged 6 weeks and older.

What to bring to class: You will need to bring a stroller for your child. For safety reasons, children are required to be secured in their strollers for the duration of the class. Bring snacks/drinks for your kiddos, water for yourself and a mat/blanket/towel for core work. Make sure you are wearing athletic shoes and clothing you can easily move in.


I heard about Jen from a coworker.  I had just had a beautiful baby boy and was desperate to lose the thirty plus pounds I gained.
