Schedule Changes July 16 – July 26


All classes from July 16 through July 23 will be held inside at CrossFit Nashua. Outdoor classes at Benson Park will resume on Friday, July 30.

About Us

MomFit is a fitness program designed to meet the needs of moms with small children. Moms have the unique opportunity to get in a great workout while keeping their child(ren) by their side.

MomFit is a 60 minute stroller-based fitness class that combines strength exercises with cardiovascular drills to help moms get fit and stay fit. Classes utilize yoga, Pilates and abdominal exercises for core strength, as well as CrossFit techniques for ultimate fitness.

Classes are designed to meet the needs of every fitness level and are appropriate for moms of children aged 6 weeks to 4 years.

Social Feed


Jen and her fitness class were exactly what I needed to get back into shape. She successfully designed a program that anyone could participate in but challenged individuals of all fitness levels appropriately. But what I appreciated most was the supportive and encouraging way Jen pushed me to challenge myself and my body to achieve things I did not think were possible. I still have a long way to go but she inspired me to reprioritize fitness in my life.
